I have been using Sulwhasoo skincare products for a couple of months now and have liked the results so far. Here are my top three favourites that are worth trying.
First Care Activating Serum
The First Care Activating Serum by Sulwhasoo is among the most popular Korean skincare products across the globe. Formulated with a combination of herbal ingredients and ginseng, this serum comes in a lightweight texture that instantly absorbs into the skin. It targets many skincare concerns like dehydration, fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, and weak moisture barrier.
This serum is my personal favourite from the brand – it works wonderfully for my combination, acne-prone skin. I use it as the first step of my skincare routine after cleansing my face. It instantly gets absorbed into the skin, without leaving a greasy or sticky feeling behind. Upon continuous use, this Sulwhasoo serum has made a significant change – my skin now appears healthy, radiant, and nourished!
Overnight Vitalizing Mask
Sulwhasoo’s Overnight Vitalizing Mask is an antioxidant-rich sleeping mask that strengthens the skin barrier, making it healthier and plumper. This overnight face mask comes with a blend of antioxidant-rich pomegranate and barrier-boosting jujube extracts that work together to hydrate, nourish and revitalize the skin while you sleep. This moisturizing sleeping mask by Sulwhasoo is a beautiful skincare product that does what it promises. I use it as the last step in my skincare routine and wake up to a well-nourished, radiant skin. It takes a couple of minutes to get absorbed into the skin and does not make it greasy. I use it two to three times a week, as recommended by the brand.
Clarifying Mask
Another popular Sulwhasoo skincare product is this clarifying, peel-off mask, with a honey-like, gooey texture that easily spreads onto the skin. It gently removes dead skin cells and other impurities from the skin, revealing visibly clear and smooth skin. This Korean peel-off mask is infused with antioxidant-rich Solomon’s Seal powder and Korean honeysuckle extract, making it a one-of-its-kind skincare product.
This is one of my favourite face masks ever. I have been using it regularly for a couple of months now and notice smooth and soft skin after every application. It does not dry down the skin at all, making it perfect for all skin types. This peel-off mask works well as a great SOS product for when my skin feels a little bumpy and has visible dead skin.
Are These Sulwhasoo Products Worth The Hype?
Well, yes. Sulwhasoo is among the very few skincare brands that suit my skin. The results of these Korean skincare products are amazing, and I can see the difference from the first use itself. The First Care Activating Serum is a staple in my skincare routine and calms my skin on days it experiences redness and slight itching after using retinol. Both the Clarifying and Overnight Vitalizing masks work beautifully on my skin as well!
